In view of Mach1Logistics extensive usage of available cargo space with Airlines, a preferential treatment is extended to us which ensures safe and timely dispatch of loads.

Domestic Cargo Mode (Surface): A cost-effective alternative to our Air Cargo mode. Our surface operations, through dedicated vehicles cover most parts of India. Our adherence to strict schedules of vehicle movements, extensive and strategic routings offer you an option to book your shipments through our surface mode.

International Service Mode:

International (Express): All the major gateways of the world are connected through extensive usage of major carriers, through our own couriers, thereby ensuring priority deliveries in all the cities of the world. We value sensitivity of your International shipments and spare no effort to ensure time-bond deliveries.

International Cargo: A unique and cost-effective way to send your heavy commodities to your International destination, direct on a door to door basis or door to Airport basis. Also leave your worries of Customs formalities both at the origin and destination to us, at a very reasonable charge. After all, we believe in offering, our best to our customers.

Range of Products

Letter of Credit Management: A unique product exclusively designed for the banking industry. All leading Nationalized and International banks patronize us for their value additions and we facilitate the total transaction.

COD Facility: We offer the facility of collection of payment for the goods on delivery.
To-Pay Charges Collect Facility: We offer the services on agreement to collect the courier charges from the consignee.

Privilege Card: A concept similar to the Debit Card. This payment mode is of great assistance to people who are on the move or involved in hectic schedules and activities.

Emotional Bond: A novel concept that helps to maintain and strengthen your personal and / or business relationships. We deliver bouquets and greeting cards, cakes and sweets along with your emotions, on your behalf.

Proof of Delivery (POD): We are pioneer in this service. We provide 100 per cent Electronic / Internet based Proof of Delivery. We also make available hard copy of POD on request.

Reverse Pick Up Facility: For early responses and efficient management.

Centralized / Decentralized billing facility: As per the request of the customer.

Automatic Risk Coverage: We are the only courier company providing a comprehensive insurance coverage to cover our customers in a rare case of loss. We are affiliated with New India Assurance Corporation for the Insurance coverage. Any claim related to any loss will be processed and settled through this risk coverage.

EMS: A cost-effective package for light weight consignments. For consignments under 50 gm, most courier companies design tariff on the first 500 gm slab. Mach1 Logistics has designed a tariff plan to accommodate light weight consignments on considerably economical rates. The first slab is 50 gm as against the conventional slab of 500 gm.
